Founded in 2024, RS Development Group is aimed towards providing aid to a demographic which often goes unsupported; survivors of domestic abuse. A secondary, yet just as important, purpose arose from that, the desire to reinvigorate rural communities, and breathe fresh life into the historical American spirit which has been invested within these lands all these years. The spirit of opportunity, community and a fresh start. 

Drawing upon over a decade of real estate industry experience, our focus will be in creating high-quality housing solutions that serve both survivors of domestic abuse and essential workforce needs throughout Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Our unique approach combines property renovation, land restoration and new quality construction with long-term partnerships with local contractors to build stronger, more resilient communities. While we are new as a company, our deep understanding of rural New England's housing challenges, and our unwavering commitment to community-centered development imbues us with the zeal to help our communities.
